Job summary

S & D CONTRACTOR PTE. LTD. is seeking an assistant to the Project Co-ordinator to support project management activities, ensuring projects are executed smoothly and effectively.

You will assist in coordinating workers' schedules, deploying workers with Head Office, ordering raw materials, putting up delivery orders, and safeguarding tools and equipment on site. You will help maintain good housekeeping at project sites and assist in monitoring risk controls and preparing risk assessment records

• Assist in preparing risk assessment records after completion.
• Assist in communicating risk assessments to workers.

• Assists Project Co-ordinator in putting up delivery orders;

• Ensure good housekeeping in project sites;
• Assists Project Co-ordinator in monitoring and recommending appropriate risk control measures to reduce or eliminate the risks identified;
• Assists Project Manager and Project Co-ordinator in preparation of risk assessment record after completion of the assessment;
• Assists Project Manager and Project Co-ordinator in risk assessment communication to the workers;
