Job summary

PVH, a global fashion company, invites applications for a maritime aftersales service coordinator role based in Singapore. You will troubleshoot technical customer issues, estimate costs, and coordinate with sales to secure service and spare parts orders.

You will support Service Engineers on vessels and ensure timely invoicing and high customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate holds a technical bachelor’s degree or marine engineering experience, has hands-on rotation equipment exposure, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marine engineering or a technical field.
• Experience in maritime aftersales business preferred.
• Hands-on experience with rotation equipment is advantageous.
• Ability to work across functions and locations.
• Excellent English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Trouble shooting on technical customer issues.

• Negotiation of cost estimates with customers.
• Technical support of Service Engineers attending vessels for service.
• Execution of Service jobs in close collaboration with colleagues and Service Engineers.
• Secure quality of service jobs.
• Secure customer satisfaction of service jobs.
• Secure service jobs and spare parts are invoice correctly and in time.

Requirements

• Technical bachelor's degree/Marine Engineer or experience from similar job position.
• Experience from similar position, preferably in the Marine business.
• Applicant with hands-on experience for rotation equipment preferred.
• Strong team player who manages to get people working together across functions and locations.
• Experience from maritime aftersales business, with proven track record.
• Strong pro-active mindset.
• Responsible and trustworthy towards customers and colleagues.
• Responsible individual and ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Master English both written and oral on high level.
