Job summary

ARS PARKWAY PTE. LTD. in Singapore is looking for a seasoned operations and business leader to manage multiple studio outlets, drive enrolment, course sales, and customer retention while ensuring high service standards across sites.

You will lead the Studio Manager and teams, set KPIs, plan workforce and onboarding, and collaborate with marketing on campaigns and events. Fluency in English and Mandarin, plus comfort with numbers, are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Hospitality, Education or a related field.
• At least 3 years of team management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage sales targets and drive business performance.
• Able to manage multiple outlets, priorities and projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily studio operations across outlets.
• Ensure consistent service standards, SOPs and customer experience.
• Lead Studio Manager, sales and admin staff; set KPIs and provide coaching.
• Coordinate manpower planning, recruitment and onboarding.
• Plan enrolment campaigns, promotions and brand activities with marketing.
• Monitor revenue, expenses and basic P&L; support budgeting and cost control.
