Job summary

TWL Medical Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Studio Host & Brand Advocate to welcome clients, offer personalized skincare advice, process sales, and maintain daily stock counts while keeping the store visually appealing.

You will design banners and ecommerce visuals and create short-form video content for social platforms. Fresh graduates are welcome; bilingual English/Mandarin required; on-site in Singapore with work pass sponsorship available.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Mass Communications, PR, Design, Multimedia, or Marketing.
• Basic proficiency with Canva or Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator and CapCut.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin; willing to work on-site in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Greet walk-in clients, provide skincare advice, process POS transactions, and manage stock counts daily.
• Maintain tester displays and retail shelves with brand styling to stay pristine and photo-ready.
• Design promotional banners, ecommerce graphics (Shopee, Lazada, website), and campaign visuals using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Capture and edit short-form videos and draft engaging social captions for platforms.

Job Responsibilities

• Studio Hosting & Customer Advisory: Welcome walk-in clients, share personalized skincare recommendations, process point-of-sale checkout transactions, and maintain daily stock counts.
• Visual Merchandising: Ensure tester displays, retail shelves, and brand styling remain pristine, organized, and photo-ready.
• Creative Content & Design: Design promotional banners, e-commerce graphics (Shopee, Lazada, website), and campaign visuals using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Short-Form Video & Social Content: Capture aesthetic product flat-lays, texture swatches, and lifestyle clips directly at the counter; edit short-form videos (CapCut, Reels, TikTok) and draft engaging social captions.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication, Public Relations, Graphic Design, Multimedia, or Marketing (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
• Basic proficiency in Canva or Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, and video editing tools such as CapCut.
• Familiarity with lifestyle and beauty social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu).
• Pleasant interpersonal communication skills and an interest in skincare and cosmetics.
• Bilingual communication skills in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking studio clientele and handle bilingual platform content.
• Open to candidates based in Singapore and Malaysia who are available to work on-site in Singapore.

• Base salary of SGD $2,000 – $2,800 + monthly counter sales commission.
