Job summary

HONG YING INTERNATIONAL SERVICES PTE. LTD. invites applications for a leadership role overseeing daily operations, staff supervision, and programme delivery in our student care environment in Singapore.

You will ensure welfare, safety, and high service standards while guiding a cohesive team. We seek a candidate with a minimum degree in Education, Business, Early Childhood or Student Care and at least five years of supervisory experience in early childhood settings, with strong Chinese

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree in Education, Business, Early Childhood or Student Care.
• At least 5 years of supervisory experience, ideally in charge of class in early childhood.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Able to multitask, adapt in a fast-paced environment and pressure.
• Passionate about nurturing students and building cohesive teams.
• Must be able to communicate in Chinese with students and parents.

Responsibilities
