Furen International School is seeking an experienced Head of Marketing to lead our marketing and student recruitment initiatives. The role focuses on driving commercial success, developing new business opportunities, and overseeing the marketing team in collaboration with school management.

You will strengthen student recruitment, optimize marketing and sales processes, and coordinate with internal stakeholders to support school growth and policy compliance.

Formación

• Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Education, or related discipline.
• Experience in student recruitment, education marketing, sales, or business development preferred.
• Previous supervisory or managerial experience in a fast-paced environment preferred.
• Strong commercial awareness with experience managing relationships with education agents and external partners.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving and analytical abilities; able to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant marketing, sales or CRM systems.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage the Marketing Department with commercial success as the primary objective and academic success as a secondary objective.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive student recruitment, revenue generation, business development, and school growth.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities while maintaining relationships with education agents, partners and stakeholders.
• Oversee education agent and admissions processes, ensuring coordination, documentation and timely follow-up.
• Streamline workflows and procedures to improve efficiency, consistency and accountability.
• Lead, supervise and develop Marketing Department staff with performance monitoring and development support.
• Develop and oversee the school’s marketing and promotional strategy across channels to enhance brand visibility.
• Oversee digital marketing, social media, content, communications and promotional materials aligned with objectives.
• Monitor performance using data and stakeholder feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
• Review departmental performance and prepare reports for school management.
• Collaborate with management and other departments to coordinate marketing, recruitment, admissions, and sales activities.
• Ensure activities comply with school policies, EduTrust requirements and guidelines.
• Perform other duties or ad-hoc projects as assigned.
