Job summary

WSH Experts Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a diligent School Discipline Support Assistant to assist the student management team with disciplinary matters and daily supervision.

You will monitor late arrivals, detentions, suspensions, and conduct patrols around the school, support investigations, and help file incident reports. The role also covers supervising assemblies, recess, and school events, along with handling confiscations of devices like PLDs under school policies.

Responsibilities

• Assist the school’s student management team in managing, recording and monitoring late-coming students.
• Manage and monitor students placed on detention and suspension.
• Conduct patrols within and around the school premises during and after school hours.
• Support the investigation and documentation of disciplinary incidents.
• Provide guidance and support to students involved in disciplinary cases.
• Perform administrative duties, including updating and filing disciplinary records and incident reports.
• Manage confiscation and return of students’ handphone/ PLD.
• Assist with student supervision and crowd management during morning assemblies, recess, dismissal and school events.
• Provide administrative and operational support for school events as required.

Job description

The Services required are set out as follows:

1. Assist the school’s student management team in the following areas:
   • a) managing, recording and monitoring late-coming student
   • b) managing and monitoring students placed on detention & suspension.
   • c) conducting patrols within and around the school primises during and after school hours
   • d) supporting the investigation and documentation of disciplinary incidents
   • e) providing appropriate guidance and support to students involved in disciplinary cases
   • f) performing administrative duties, such as updating and proper filing of disciplinary records and incident reports.
   • g) managing the confiscation and return of students’ handphone/ Personal Learning Device (PLD).
   • e) assisting with student supervision and crowd management during morning assemblies, recess period, dismissal and school events.
