Job summary

Seacare Manpower Services in Singapore is seeking a School Support Assistant to supervise students during arrival, dismissal, recess and activities, and to help maintain safety and order across the campus.

You will work closely with staff, support programmes and events, handle basic administrative tasks, and build positive relationships with pupils while upholding professional boundaries.

Qualifications

• Diploma / A-Levels / 5 O-Level passes including English or equivalent.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervise students during arrival, dismissal, recess, and school activities.
• Conduct school walkabouts and monitor behaviour and safety.
• Support staff in managing incidents and maintaining records.
• Build positive relationships with students while maintaining professional boundaries.
• Assist with school programmes, events, and logistical arrangements.
• Perform basic administrative, operational, and general school support duties.
• Carry out other duties assigned by School Leaders or Key Personnel.
