Job summary

ECO-ITS PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking contractors to provide one-to-one student support, mentoring and befriending for higher needs students within the discipline domain. The role includes motivational programmes and engagement activities to inspire students and strengthen character development.

Contractors will assist in discipline investigations and after-school neighbourhood patrolling with KPs, and support the Discipline Master in engaging parents on matters of student discipline and

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience working with families with children and youth.
• Good interpersonal, communication, and engagement skills.
• Experience planning, organizing and conducting motivational, educational, or physical activities for children and youth is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated mentoring and befriending support to higher needs students.
• Plan and conduct motivational talks or engagement sessions for discipline-related development.
• Assist in basic fact-finding and information gathering for student-related incidents.
• Support the Discipline Master in parent engagement on discipline and student development.
