Job summary

MOE Schools in Singapore are seeking Student Development Officers (SDOs) to provide administrative support for CCAs, enrichment programmes, camps, and overseas trips, including documentation, attendance tracking, budget handling, procurement, and parent communication.

The role requires a Diploma or equivalent (A Levels considered) and prefers experience in admin, logistics, events, or project work, plus strong organization and ability to work with youths, parents, and school staff.

Qualifications

• Possess at least a Diploma qualification, or GCE A Level with consideration by the Authority.
• Preferably with experience in administration, logistics, event or project management.
• Experience working with youths is preferred.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support for student development activities, including CCAs, camps, and trips.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs and safety regulations, and assist in procedures reviews.
• Monitor student welfare and learning, facilitate reflections, and collaborate with partners to enhance authentic learning.
