Job summary

ALDERSGATE METHODIST CHURCH in Singapore is seeking a dedicated staff member for a full‑time role to support child development across physical, intellectual, emotional, and social aspects. The position focuses on curriculum planning, admin support, and strong parent communication in a homely yet progressive environment.

The role offers a stable schedule Monday to Friday, 11am–7pm, with full-time staff benefits including medical reimbursement and an annual bonus, plus a clear progression path

Qualifications

• Plan and implement curriculum for students under guidance of Head of Departments (Character development & life skills).
• Some administration work such as communicating with parents by phone and etc.
• Supervise primary school children (P1-6) and ensure completion of daily homework.
• Regular liaison with parents and guardians regarding the child’s behaviour and progress.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to admin: handle administrative tasks, maintain records and databases, manage fees and financial documentation.
• Customer service & communication: act as the primary contact for inquiries and facilitate communication in emergencies or student-related matters.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as delegated by the management.
