Job summary

SEARCH AVENUE PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a caring Student Care Teacher to support students in a safe and nurturing environment in Singapore. The role involves daily routines, enforcing rules, maintaining a clean and safe learning space, and supervising student wellbeing.

Responsibilities include following centre policies, ensuring safety during care hours, promoting positive social interaction, and attending to medical, dietary, and special needs of students while collaborating with the Centre

Qualifications

• Passion for working with children.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Prior experience in student care/childcare is an advantage.
• Candidates with no experience are welcome to apply.

• Support and carry out daily student care routines and operations.
• Establish and enforce clear classroom rules and expectations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and conducive learning environment at all times.
• Provide continuous supervision to ensure students' well-being.
• Follow the centre's policies, procedures, and daily schedules.
• Ensure the safety and security of students during care hours.
• Encourage positive social interaction and support students' emotional and behavioural development.
• Be aware of students' medical conditions, dietary needs, and special requirements.
• Carry out duties and responsibilities assigned by the Centre Manager.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Uphold classroom discipline and maintain overall cleanliness and order.

Location: West/ Central/ Northeast

Employment Type: Full-time

Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 10am - 7pm

Shift rotation required during school holidays: 7am - 4pm / 10am - 7pm
