TALENTS@WORK PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated Student Care Teacher (Subject Specialist) to join our team at multiple MRT-adjacent centres in Singapore.

The role focuses on supervising after-school hours, guiding homework, and delivering subject coaching across English, Math, or Science. We offer AWS, yearly increments, and medical benefits. Working hours are 9:30am-6:30pm or 10:15am-7:15pm, Monday to Friday with Saturday half-day.

Qualifications

• Diploma in any discipline; Education or related field preferred.
• Strong foundation in English, Mathematics, or Science.
• Good communication and classroom management skills.
• Patient and nurturing with young learners.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of students during after-school hours.
• Guide students in their daily homework and spelling revision.
• Plan and conduct enrichment activities to support holistic development.
• Deliver subject-specific coaching (e.g. English, Mathematics, or Science) to strengthen students’ academic performance.
• Prepare lesson materials, worksheets, and assessments aligned with MOE syllabus.
• Monitor and track students’ academic progress and provide feedback to parents.
• Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment.
• Perform administrative duties related to student care operations.

We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Student Care Teacher (Subject Specialist) to join our team.

Working Locations:North, West, East &Central(All of the centres are near MRT stations)
Working Hours:9.30am - 6.30pm or 10.15am - 7.15pm (Mon - Fri) (Sat: Half-day)
Benefits:AWS + Yearly Increments + Medical
Gross Salary:$3500 (Basic up to $3200)

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
