NASCANS PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable operations leader to run the overall student care centre at Maris Stella High (Primary) Student Care Centre in Singapore.

You will supervise teachers, engage with school management and parents, and drive continuous improvement across operations and student development. Ideal candidates hold a Diploma and have 2–3 years of supervisory experience, with strong communication and a team-first mindset.

Qualificações

• Diploma or higher is required.
• 2–3 years of working experience, preferably with supervisory exposure.
• Strong communication and leadership qualities are essential.
• Be dedicated, reliable and a team player.
• Ability to multitask across activities and stakeholders.
• Experience in student care or education support is a plus.

What you'll do:

• In charge of running the overall operations of student care centre.


• Establish and maintain good relations with relevant stakeholders (School management, Parents, External parties)


• Manage and lead a team of teachers in student care centre.


• Need to continuously train and motivate teachers.


• Evaluate and constantly improve the staff classroom management and teaching methods.


• Need to be able to counsel students with behavioral / disciplinary issues.


• Need to detail-oriented, provide weekly and monthly reports for management.


• In charge of yearly events and activities of the centre.

Working Location: Maris Stella High (Primary) Student Care Centre

Requirements

• Diploma and above.


• Candidate needs to have at least 2-3 years of working experience, preferably with supervisory experience.


• Strong communication skills and leadership qualities.


• Dedicated and reliable.


• Need to be a team-player.
