NASCANS is a leading student care and kindergarten care brand in Singapore with over 30 centres. We are seeking staff to engage primary school children, facilitate activities, supervise homework, and ensure safety.

You'll work weekdays from 11am to 7pm in MOE school-based centres, with supportive training provided and opportunities for career progression. Ideal candidates have at least O/ N/ A level or diploma qualifications, strong communication skills, and a passion for mentoring children.

Qualifications

• Friendly and cheerful with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Keen passion to mentor and engage children with dedication.
• Experience in student care or tutoring is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Work closely with primary school aged kids and facility staff.
• Facilitate and execute daily activities according to timetable.
• Provide care and guidance to students aged 6–12 and supervise homework.
• Maintain classroom discipline and follow safety protocols.
• Support the 11am–7pm, Mon–Fri schedule; locations accessible by Bus/MRT.

What You'll Do:

• You will be working closely with primary school aged kids and other facility members and staff
• Facilitate and execute daily activities in accordance to timetable
• Provide care and guidance to a group of students aged between 6 - 12 and supervise the completion of homework assignments from school or in house prepared materials
• Maintain classroom discipline and ensure safety and security protocols are met at all times
• Working hours are From Mon to Fri between 11am and 7pm
• Locations are easily accessible by Bus/MRT

Who We’re Looking For:

• Completed GCE ‘O’ Level (3 credit passed including a pass in English) / GCE ‘N’ Level, ‘A’ Level, NITEC or Diploma
• In-house Training or Sponsored Certificate Training will be provided if without relevant experience upon confirmation.
• Working experience in student care or tutoring is advantageous
• Keen passion to mentor, guide and engage children with dedication
• Friendly and cheerful with good interpersonal and communication skills
