Job summary

Qualifications

• Completed GCE O/N Level, A Level, NITEC or Diploma.
• In-house Training or Sponsored Certificate Training will be provided.
• Experience in student care or tutoring is advantageous.
• Keen passion to mentor, guide and engage children.
• Friendly and cheerful with good interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with primary school aged kids and staff.
• Facilitate and execute daily activities per timetable.
• Provide care and guidance to students aged 6–12 and supervise homework.
• Maintain classroom discipline and ensure safety and security protocols.
• Working hours are Mon to Fri 11am–7pm.
• Locations are accessible by Bus/MRT.

About NASCANS

NASCANS is a leading student care and kindergarten care brand established in 2006, with over 30 centres across Singapore. We provide an “Oasis Between School and Home” through quality care, holistic development and meaningful learning experiences for children.

What You'll Do:

• You will be working closely with primary school aged kids and other facility members and staff
• Facilitate and execute daily activities in accordance to timetable
• Provide care and guidance to a group of students aged between 6 - 12 and supervise the completion of homework assignments from school or in house prepared materials
• Maintain classroom discipline and ensure safety and security protocols are met at all times
• Working hours are From Mon to Fri between 11am and 7pm
• Locations are easily accessible by Bus/MRT

Working Location: Singapore Chinese Girls Student Care Centre

Who We’re Looking For:

• Completed GCE ‘O’ (3 credit passed including a pass in English) / GCE ‘N’ Level, ‘A’ Level, NITEC or Diploma
• In-house Training or Sponsored Certificate Training will be provided if without relevant experience upon confirmation.
• Working experience in student care or tutoring is advantageous
• Keen passion to mentor, guide and engage children with dedication
• Friendly and cheerful with good interpersonal and communication skills
