Job summary

NASCANS PTE. LTD. is seeking caring individuals to support primary school children within our network of student care centres across Singapore. You will assist with daily activities, supervising homework and ensuring a safe, supportive environment after school hours.

The role emphasizes mentoring, cheerful communication, and teamwork with staff. Training is provided, and positions operate Monday to Friday from 11am to 7pm at multiple convenient locations.

Qualifications

• GCE O/N Level or equivalent with English pass.
• In-house or sponsored certificate training available upon confirmation.
• Experience in student care or tutoring is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with primary school aged kids and staff.
• Facilitate and execute daily activities according to timetable.
• Provide care and guidance to students aged 6–12 and supervise homework.
• Maintain classroom discipline and adhere to safety protocols.
• Work hours Mon-Fri 11am–7pm; locations accessible by Bus/MRT.

About NASCANS

What You'll Do:

• You will be working closely with primary school aged kids and other facility members and staff
• Facilitate and execute daily activities in accordance to timetable
• Provide care and guidance to a group of students aged between 6 - 12 and supervise the completion of homework assignments from school or in house prepared materials
• Maintain classroom discipline and ensure safety and security protocols are met at all times
• Working hours are From Mon to Fri between 11am and 7pmLocations are easily accessible by Bus/MRT

Who We’re Looking For:

• Completed GCE ‘O’ (3 credit passed including a pass in English) / GCE ‘N’ Level, ‘A’ Level, NITEC or Diploma
• In-house Training or Sponsored Certificate Training will be provided if without relevant experience upon confirmation.
• Working experience in student care or tutoring is advantageous
• Keen passion to mentor, guide and engage children with dedication
• Friendly and cheerful with good interpersonal and communication skills
