Job summary

Cultivar Asia Pte Ltd is seeking a responsible Student Care Facilitator to support primary school students with daily routines, schoolwork, and learning activities. The role requires patience, organization, and comfort teaching in both English and Chinese.

You will supervise students during care hours, assist with homework, and plan engaging activities while monitoring progress and maintaining a positive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE 'O' Levels.
• Experience working with primary school students is preferred.
• Experience teaching or tutoring small groups of 3+ students is an advantage.
• Comfortable supporting students from Primary 3 to Primary 6.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of students during care hours.
• Assist students with homework and daily schoolwork.
• Teach and provide academic support in English and Chinese, with Science support when required.
• Plan and conduct engaging learning and recreational activities for students.

• Communicate with parents regarding progress and daily activities when required.
• Maintain a safe, clean and positive learning environment.
• Support centre activities, programmes and day-to-day operations.

• Assist students with homework, assignments, and daily schoolwork.
• Teach and provide academic support in English and Chinese, with additional support in Science where required.
• Plan and conduct engaging learning and recreational activities for students.
• Monitor students' learning progress, behaviour, and overall development.
• Encourage good study habits, discipline, and positive social skills.
• Communicate with parents regarding students' progress and daily activities when required.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and positive learning environment.

Requirements:

• Prior experience working with primary school students is preferred.
• Experience teaching or tutoring small groups of 3 or more students will be an advantage.

• Time: 1pm to 7pm
