Job summary

QUINN SPECIAL NEEDS is seeking a compassionate Program Staff member to support students with special needs in daily activities and learning sessions.

You will supervise safety, assist with living skills, meals, personal care, and collaborate with colleagues to maintain a safe, supportive centre environment while communicating with parents as required.

Qualifications

• Patient, caring and responsible.
• Reliable, punctual and committed to work.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willing to learn and work with individuals with special needs.
• Experience in special needs care or student care is an advantage but not required.
