KOWABUNGA! GLOBAL PTE. LTD. in Singapore is looking for a dedicated educator to manage a class, deliver loving, fair care, and ensure children's safety at all times within our student care centre.

You will develop lesson plans, produce class materials, oversee teachers, monitor progress, and maintain positive relationships with parents while upholding curriculum standards.

Diploma holders with at least 2 years of experience are encouraged; Singaporeans/PR preferred; immediate start is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma required; candidates without a diploma but with relevant experience may apply.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in student care/education.
• Dedicated, reliable, creative, disciplined.
• Efficient multitasking skills.
• Effective communications and classroom management skills.
• Able to start immediately.
• Singaporeans/PR preferred.
• Experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop love, care and trust among students, parents and staff.
• Lead and manage a class per centre requirements.
• Ensure safety of children at all times.
• Develop positive character and behaviour in children; assist holistic development.
• Produce class materials and lesson plans; ensure timetable adherence.
• Conduct relief classes when teachers are absent.
• Manage a team of teachers; handle leave, discipline and performance.
