Job summary

THINK Academy International Education Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a part-time support role to assist in-center activities and classroom operations for our K-12 enrichment programs.

The position offers a tiered hourly rate: SGD 15/hour for months with fewer than 90 hours; SGD 18/hour for months with 90 or more hours. Shifts run Mon–Fri 9am–6pm or 12pm–9pm, and Sat/Sun 8:30am–5:30pm or 12pm–9pm. Responsibilities include organizing student activities, preparing teaching materials, guiding children

• Class Preparation Support: Print teaching materials, prep textbooks, guide children to classrooms, supervise before/after class, and coordinate with teachers on activity support.
• Customer Service: Share course information with parents, have them fill interest forms, and follow up on inquiries via WeChat and business WhatsApp.
• Any other ad-hoc duties required by Management

Job description

This part-time role offers a tiered hourly rate based on your total monthly hours:

Rate: $15/hour (for months with fewer than 90 hours worked)

Rate: $18/hour (for months with 90 or more hours worked)

Monday to Friday: 9am to 6pm or 12pm to 9pm

Saturday & Sunday: 8.30am to 5.30pm or 12pm to 9pm

All shifts included 1 hour unpaid break

Responsibilities

1. In-Center Class Activities:

Assist in planning and executing student activities, preparing and distributing small gifts and managing the coin exchange process.

Organize exchange items for easy retrieval and assist students and parents in claiming rewards; update the system with inventory changes.

2. Class Preparation Support:

Print necessary teaching materials, prepare textbooks for the new semester, and guide children to their classrooms.

Supervise children before and after classes, assist with restroom visits, and coordinate with teachers on activity support.

Ensure marker ink and other stationery are replenished in classrooms.

Organise and inventory stationery and teaching materials, and ensure supplies of drinking water and printer toner.

3. Customer Service:

Share course information with parents, have them fill out interest forms, and recommend suitable courses.

Assist in monitoring entrance exams, distribute free activity books, and follow up on inquiries via WeChat and business WhatsApp.
