Job summary

GL Consulting Pte Ltd is seeking an Architectural Designer to support design, development, documentation, and coordination from concept through construction. You will collaborate with architects, engineers, and authorities to ensure compliance with client requirements and timelines.

The role emphasizes producing detailed drawings, BIM/ CAD outputs, and coordinating across disciplines, with a focus on accuracy and timely submissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant architectural project experience.
• Strong knowledge of authority requirements and approvals.

Responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts, design proposals, layouts and drawings.
• Prepare design studies, renderings, and visualisations as needed.
• Assist in creating solutions that meet client requirements, budget and programme.
• Review and incorporate design changes throughout the project.
• Prepare drawings, schedules, specifications, and submission documents.
• Produce drawings using CAD/BIM software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
• Ensure drawings are accurate, coordinated and compliant with requirements.
• Coordinate submissions to URA, BCA, SCDF, NParks, LTA, NEA, PUB and others.
• Coordinate architecture with structural, M&E and other consultants.
• Conduct site visits and monitor design implementation.
