Job summary

CMP Consultants Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Project Engineer Cum Inspector to perform routine and detailed inspections of road and transport-related structures under LTA contracts.

You will carry out site inspections, document defects, prepare reports, and monitor rectification works, ensuring compliance with LTA requirements and safety procedures. Diplom a/degree in Civil or Structural Engineering and experience in structural inspection are preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Experience in structural inspection, preferably for LTA or Singapore infrastructure projects.
• Good knowledge of Singapore construction standards and LTA requirements.
• Able to prepare technical inspection reports and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine and detailed inspections of road and transport-related structures under the LTA contract.
• Carry out site inspections and condition assessments to identify defects, deterioration, damage, and maintenance issues.
• Inspect concrete structures, including ducts, bridges, decks, columns, beams, parapets, and other structural elements.
• Prepare inspection reports, defect reports, condition assessment reports, and recommendations for rectification or further investigation.
• Monitor and follow up on rectification works to ensure defects are properly addressed.
• Assist in planning inspection schedules and site activities and attend site meetings.
