Job summary

KYLIN CONTRACTORS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Design Coordination Engineer in Singapore to monitor design progress and coordinate drawings for residential and commercial projects. You will review consultant submissions, identify missing information and clashes, and ensure clear information flow across all disciplines.

You will work with a BIM modeller/drafter on shop drawings, capture critical dimensions, and help resolve technical issues with construction teams and consultants on site.

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
At least 4 years of relevant working experience.
Experience in residential and/or commercial projects.

Responsibilities

Coordinate project drawing deliveries and schedules across disciplines.
Review consultant drawings to identify missing info and clashes.
Liaise with clients, consultants and subcontractors for smooth progress.
Work with BIM modeller/drafter on shop drawing preparation.
Address technical issues with construction and consultant teams.
