Job summary

A1 Construction Company in Singapore is seeking an Architectural Coordinator (Structural) to assist the PM/PE in planning and executing structural and architectural works, leading site coordination with all trades and liaising with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, at least 3 years of experience in building/construction, and the ability to read Structural Drawings; you will check shop drawings, manage materials, and ensure

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in building/construction trades.
• Must know how to read Structural Drawings.

Responsibilities

• Assist PM/PE to plan and execute structural and architectural works.
• Lead site coordination with all trades.
• Liaise with RTO for inspection.
• Prepare submission of shop drawings, materials, and MOS.
• Check shop drawings submitted by sub-contractors.
• Ensure work is constructed in accordance with contract and drawings.
• Liaise with sub-contractors and suppliers.
• Procurement and monitoring of architectural related materials.
• Carry out inspection, trade demo, material testing, and mock-up.
• Check and ensure compliance with TOP checklist and RI.
