Job summary

Allianz invites talented Consultants to drive complex problem-solving and change initiatives across the business. You will own or co-own workstreams, steer teams, craft clear recommendations, and deliver structured deliverables that help Allianz pursue its strategic direction.

You will build insurance knowledge, support operational activities, and collaborate with a diverse team of Consultants who mentor you on your Allianz journey.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 2–4 years in management consulting, advisory, insurance, project management or related fields.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven approach.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
• Experience with agile delivery, project management or process improvement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to end-to-end project delivery with high-quality analysis and structured project management.
• Cultivate client relationships and align solutions with strategic direction.
• Leverage Generative AI to enhance research, data analysis and presentation drafting.
• Assist in business development through pitch materials and capability decks.
• Support teamwork, culture and knowledge development within Allianz Consulting.
• Build expertise in Allianz and insurance industry via frameworks and innovative concepts.
