Job summary

CapitaLand Group offers an internship opportunity for a diligent student to assist in research on market landscapes, competitor scans, and strategy development. You will help compile insights, prepare presentations, and support data-driven updates aligned with CapitaLand's targets.

You will participate in monthly updates, corporate meetings, and management retreats, gaining exposure to portfolio reporting and CapitaLand Investment communications.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Strategy, Finance, or Hospitality Management.
• Meticulous, organised, a self-starter with accountability.
• Able to multi-task and deliver work on time and accurately.
• Detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Power BI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research on environmental landscape, competitor scanning and market strategies; analyse data to develop insights aligned with targets.
• Assist in monthly portfolio updates and management reporting.
• Provide support in maintaining databases.
• Participate in monthly corporate meetings such as Global and Business Updates and Roundtables.
• Generate Monthly Management Report for CapitaLand Investment.
• Coordinate planning and organising management retreats and meetings, preparing presentations.
• Provide support in ad hoc projects as required.
