CapitaLand Group is seeking a proactive intern to support the Strategy & Corporate Development team in Singapore. You will conduct market research, assist with monthly portfolio updates, and help prepare presentations for management meetings.

The role requires meticulous data work, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task across projects. The internship offers exposure to corporate strategy, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration within CapitaLand's Asia-Pacific footprint.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Strategy, Finance, or Hospitality Management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, meticulous, and able to multi-task.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; knowledge of data tools is a plus.
• Reliable, self-motivated and able to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research on market and sector strategies and benchmark performances.
• Assist with monthly portfolio updates and management reporting.
• Support data maintenance and database management.
• Prepare presentations for corporate meetings and updates.
• Generate monthly management reports and coordinate planning events.
• Support ad hoc projects as required.
