Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Real Estate or Hospitality.
• Proficient with Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication; detail-oriented and analytical.
• Able to multitask and deliver accurate work on time.

Responsibilities

• Support market research, competitor analysis and destination reviews.
• Assist in developing business cases, feasibility studies and strategic papers.
• Prepare pitch decks, presentations and marketing collateral.
• Gather data for management reports and proposals.
• Provide meeting support: note-taking and action follow-ups.
• Assist in planning conferences and industry events as needed.
• Support special projects and cross-functional initiatives.
