Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a recognised university in business, policy, or related fields.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience in strategic or operational planning, transformation, or policy.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects or coordinating stakeholders.
• Experience in education, early childhood, public or social services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic and operational planning, execution, and performance monitoring.
• Analyse sector trends, policies, demographics, technology, risks, and competitor activities.
• Plan, evaluate and operationalise new centres, including location feasibility, capacity, resources, timelines, and readiness.
• Develop initiatives to enhance effectiveness, competitiveness, and sustainability.
• Identify growth opportunities, partnerships, and new business models.
• Drive innovation to improve efficiency, stakeholder experience, and educational outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver priorities.
