Job summary

TikTok is offering a Project Intern position to contribute to impactful short-term projects within the TikTok LIVE Team in a fast-paced environment. You will gain hands-on experience, apply your knowledge to real-world challenges, and explore your career interests while supporting live strategy operations.

Responsibilities include driving strategy execution, monitoring ecosystem content risks, tracking key metrics, coordinating across teams, and supporting day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an Undergraduate or Master's degree (any major)
• Fluent in English, with working proficiency in Chinese to support content policy work
• Able to commit to 5 days per week, for a minimum internship of 5 months
• Solid data analysis and summarization skills, proficient in Excel and other office tools

Responsibilities

• Support TikTok LIVE strategy operations, helping drive strategy execution and achieve business goals.
• Monitor and address ecosystem content risks, including risk identification, policy communication, and feedback collection.
• Track key project metrics and progress to keep initiatives on track and running smoothly.
• Coordinate across teams and departments, helping streamline collaboration processes and improve overall efficiency.
• Support other day-to-day operations within the team as needed.
