Qualifications

Bachelor''s degree in business or related field.
6+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, or related field.
Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills.
Ability to translate quantitative and qualitative analyses into evidence-based stories that influence decisions.

Responsibilities

Conceptualise and facilitate the design and implementation of the company''s strategic plan in line with business objectives.
Partner with multiple business heads and stakeholders to execute cross-functional, complex projects with alignment.
Translate analyses into evidence-based narratives that secure stakeholder alignment and influence strategic direction.
Develop business cases, metrics and financial models to evaluate initiatives.
Collaborate with C-suite and senior leaders to identify and prioritise strategic opportunities to drive long-term value.
