Job summary

TBWA Group Singapore is seeking an intern for our Strategy team from January to June 2027. The role involves contributing to intelligence gathering, audience insights, competitive contexts, markets, business and brands using primary and secondary research, including consumer interviews and social listening tools.

You will support teams across key and non-key accounts during briefings, creative reviews, asset development, and pitches for client meetings, with exposure to real campaigns and

Qualifications

• Excellent spoken and written communication.
• Strong interest in research and consumer behaviour.
• Proficient in Word, PowerPoint and Excel; Proficiency in Keynote is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to intelligence gathering and reporting to gain deeper understanding of audiences, competitive contexts, markets, business and brands using primary and secondary research, consumer interviews and social listening tools.
• Support teams on daily work across key and non-key accounts; participate in briefings, internal meetings such as creative reviews and asset development, and deck participation for pitches and client meetings.
