Qualifications

Penultimate or Final Year Bachelor students only
To commit full-time and legally eligible to work in Singapore for 6 months
Bachelor degree (preferably in Business Admin, Economics, Actuarial)

Responsibilities

Support analysis regarding distribution management activities via management dashboards and reports in the areas of distribution and corporate strategy (e.g. financial KPIs, growth metrics, competitor analysis etc.)
Analyze current trends, key players, and market developments across Asia
Review of company financials, growth drivers, economic factors changing the insurance landscape in Asia
Provide data analysis and interpretation of relevant agency, bancassurance, customer & market data
Contribute to and support the regional growth strategy to transform the distribution channel
Project management on ad-hoc strategic initiatives in relation to development & execution of distribution ecosystem strategies
Manage internal and external stakeholders across the region
Support the creation of convincing market development pitches
