Job summary

Roland Berger seeks a Consultant to develop and implement tailored strategies and business models in a dynamic, international project environment. You will be responsible for one or more project modules, lead smaller projects, and interact directly with clients at management level, guiding module teams.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in strategy consulting or 5–8 years in relevant industry positions (Investor Support, Healthcare, Energy, Transport, Telco, Media & Tech).
• MBA from a top-tier institution; international experience would be an advantage.
• Diversified experience in emerging markets including Southeast Asia; strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent English (written and spoken) required for international environment.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, leadership potential, and ability to take initiative.
• Willingness to travel as part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Deals directly with clients, ensuring open communication at all levels.
• Guides module teams and collaborates with clients and colleagues.
• Contributes to business development and client acquisition strategies.
• Prepares and delivers client presentations to management teams.
• Supports Project Manager in client meetings and project preparation.
• Leads client interviews and drives project progress.
