Job summary

Roland Berger in Singapore invites aspiring consultants to join a fast-paced, learning-oriented team. As a CTA, you will support analysis, conduct research, perform administrative tasks, and help keep projects running smoothly from day one.

You will learn to translate industry data into insights, strengthen problem-solving and communication skills, and participate in early client interactions. The role is full-time, with a focus on developing a broad set of consulting capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor, Master or MBA graduates with excellent academic record and outstanding analytical skills.
• Prior internship experience in research or consulting is required.
• Must be deadline-driven, organized, and able to multi-task.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills (in English).
• Proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese language preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Able to work full time from Monday to Friday.
• Able to commit for at least 2 months.

Responsibilities

• Research industry information and translate data into meaningful insights.
• Analyze internal client data to determine issues that need to be addressed.
• Make cold calls to different stakeholders in each distribution channel to gain insights.
• Support consultant team with daily administrative tasks.
