Job summary

Woodlands Hospital is seeking a highly analytical professional to shape manpower strategy and budgeting, partnering Finance and HR to forecast requirements and costs. You will transform data into insights and drive evidence-based planning across the organisation.

As a data-driven role, you will develop dashboards (Power BI), monitor governance, and support reporting for internal and external stakeholders to optimise workforce investments and productivity.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of relevant experience in workforce planning, manpower management, HR analytics, finance, or a similar analytical role.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to derive insights from large datasets.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with dashboard development and data visualization tools (Power BI) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Drive annual manpower planning and budgeting, forecasting workforce requirements and costs using data and workload drivers.
• Evaluate and rationalise manpower requests to align with priorities, headcount, and budget.
• Establish governance frameworks, policies, and monitoring to enable effective manpower management.
• Transform workforce data into actionable insights through analytics, trend analysis, and scenario planning.
• Design and develop dashboards and reports providing visibility into workforce metrics and budget performance.
• Coordinate manpower reporting for internal and external stakeholders and drive automation.
• Monitor funding utilisation and support audits and compliance.
• Champion evidence-based workforce planning and identify opportunities for improvement.
