Job summary

Our Little Company Pte Ltd is seeking a Web Content Executive to manage day-to-day content across our website and digital properties, ensuring pages are accurate, well presented and up to date. You will write, edit and publish content via CMS, support SEO and analytics, and coordinate visuals with the marketing team.

You will help maintain a consistent brand tone across pages, while coordinating assets and updates to uphold quality and performance.

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, English or related field.
Around 1–3 years of web content, digital content, copywriting or similar experience.
Strong written and spoken English.
Familiarity with CMS platforms and basic SEO.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace or similar tools.

Responsibilities

Create, edit and update website copy, landing pages, product or service information and other web content.
Upload and publish content via CMS.
Review pages regularly and update outdated information.
Check formatting, links, images and page content before publication.
Ensure web content is clear, accurate and consistent with brand tone.
Write short-form website copy, headlines and CTAs.
Adapt existing materials for different pages.
Coordinate images, graphics and assets for publication.
Apply basic SEO and keyword research.
Review page titles, headings, meta descriptions and internal links.
Monitor content metrics and identify opportunities to improve visibility.
Carry out routine checks for broken links and formatting issues.
