Job summary

Seatrium Ltd invites a seasoned treasury professional to join our group treasury team in Singapore. The role focuses on managing bank facilities, BGs, EMTN programme support, and share buyback activities.

You will ensure regulatory compliance and robust internal controls while driving process improvements across TMS and ERP platforms. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in finance or related fields, 4+ years of relevant experience, and (preferred) professional certifications such as CTP,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Professional certifications such as CTP, CA, or CFA are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day interactions with banks on loan facilities, trade lines and ancillary facilities.
• Lead end-to-end process for issuance, amendment, extension and discharge of bank guarantees and BG acceptance.
• Track utilisation, covenants, expiry timelines and renewal requirements.
• Support EMTN programme documentation, fees, drawdowns and compliance.
• Assist in funding transactions (loans, refinancing, RCFs).
• Monitor and track share buyback programme execution, reconcile trade confirmations with brokers/banks, ensure SGX/internal mandate compliance.
• Maintain audit and regulatory requirements; support internal reporting; ensure internal controls and governance.
• Leverage TMS and ERP platforms to streamline processes; identify and implement best practices; collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new systems.
