Job summary

ST Engineering is seeking a Training Development Manager to lead end-to-end training initiatives at our Singapore location. You will translate operational requirements into structured training solutions, advise on delivery methods and assessment approaches, and collaborate on proposals and capability presentations.

Translate requirements into structured training needs and curricula.
Advise stakeholders on training strategies, delivery methods, and assessments.
Collaborate with business units on proposals, tenders, and capability briefs.
Analyze operational requirements and convert to effective training plans.
Apply training technologies to improve learning outcomes and effectiveness.
Evaluate training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
Prepare reports and presentations on training analysis and outcomes.
Advise on cost-effective training solutions including resource planning.
Design and approve curricula, lesson plans, and assessment tools to align with strategy and quality standards.
