Re Sustainability Singapore is seeking a proactive Business Development professional to expand our training services by building partnerships and managing corporate relationships. You will coordinate with learning, operations and compliance teams to grow enrolments and deliver impactful programs.

The role blends consultative selling, account management and market engagement to develop new opportunities, maintain a strong pipeline and ensure value for clients and learners across Singapore.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or Degree in a relevant discipline.
• 2-5 years of experience in business development, sales, account management or partnerships.
• Strong communication, presentation and proposal-writing ability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and basic sales-pipeline reporting.
• Training-sector, WSQ or Environmental Services experience is advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Identify and develop new corporate and institutional training opportunities.
• Generate leads through outreach, referrals, networking and industry engagement.
• Conduct client discovery meetings and recommend suitable training solutions.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and presentations; follow up to secure confirmed projects.
• Maintain an accurate opportunity pipeline and revenue forecast.
• Act as the primary contact for assigned corporate accounts.
• Build long-term relationships and identify repeat or expanded training needs.
• Coordinate with internal teams to provide a smooth client and learner experience.
• Develop working relationships with employers, industry associations and relevant agencies.
• Monitor Environmental Services workforce trends and propose market opportunities.
• Maintain records of leads, proposals, outcomes and client interactions.
• Provide weekly activity updates and monthly pipeline reports.
• Work closely with operations, compliance, trainers and marketing to ensure programmes sold can be delivered effectively.
