Job summary

HDB, Singapore's housing authority, seeks a Product Strategy & Technical Leadership professional to manage end-to-end product development. You will align roadmaps with business goals, collaborate with engineering to shape architecture, and translate stakeholder needs into actionable stories.

You will drive data-informed decisions by tracking KPIs, coordinating with UX/UI and business process owners, and balancing technical debt with new features.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years business analyst experience in software development.
• At least 2 years in an Agile environment and cloud platforms.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of web, mobile, and cloud technologies.

Responsibilities
