Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Business management, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in technology strategy, operations transformation, or systems implementation.
• Background in financial services technology, trading systems, or market infrastructure operations.
• Experience with large-scale technology transformation projects and system implementations.

Responsibilities

• Strategy & Roadmap Planning: develop and execute technology strategy and multi-year roadmaps for trading, clearing, settlement, and data systems.
• Operating Model Transformation: lead the transition to a product-led operating model and establish end-to-end ownership.
• AI, Automation, Digital Transformation: drive AI, automation, cloud modernization, and related initiatives.
• Performance Analytics & Optimization: establish KPIs, OKRs, dashboards, and data-driven decision-making.
