Job summary

MORGAN MCKINLEY PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to lead executive search and in-house sourcing across Southeast Asia. You will diagnose talent needs, map markets, and advise senior leaders on strategic hires.

You will apply direct-search methods, leverage CRM databases, and use AI productivity tools to accelerate research and optimize search outcomes, while upholding high standards and contributing to employer branding and university outreach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 7+ years in-house talent acquisition with full lifecycle.
• Direct-search, talent mapping and proactive headhunting experience.
• Experience advising senior executives on hiring decisions.
• Experience using CRM databases and AI productivity tools.
• Familiarity with Southeast Asia talent landscapes including Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Consult with functional leaders to diagnose talent requirements and guide key decisions.
• Conduct headhunting and market mapping for technical and corporate roles.
• Leverage hiring metrics and market trends to calibrate candidate profiles.
• Use Generative AI and recruiting tools to speed market research and candidate scoring.
• Maintain high selection standards and support employer branding and campus outreach.
