Job summary

Neuralk is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to build and scale our hiring engine across technical and business roles. You will own the entire recruitment strategy and partner closely with founders and hiring managers.

As an early-stage AI startup, Neuralk builds Foundation Models for Data Science. You will design processes, source rare talent, and drive an exceptional candidate journey in a fast-moving, ownership-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, ideally in tech/deeptech.
• Ability to recruit for ML/AI, software, data roles as well as business roles.
• Strong sourcing, outbound recruiting, and market-mapping capabilities.
• Excellent communication and storytelling to pitch Neuralk to candidates.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical and business roles.
• Design structured processes, evaluation frameworks, and tooling.
• Source, attract, and convert top candidates in competitive markets.
• Partner with founders and hiring managers on priorities and trade-offs.
• Improve candidate experience and strengthen employer branding.
