Job summary

Sysmex Asia Pacific is seeking a detail-oriented Supply Planning & Inventory Manager to develop and execute supply plans across a product portfolio, balancing forecast demand with inventory and service targets.

The role collaborates with Suppliers, Production, Order Processing, and Commercial teams to optimize lead times, monitor inventory health, and support S&OP and risk mitigation. Strong Excel, ERP experience, and ability to drive cross-functional alignment are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Operations Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain Planning, Demand or Supply Planning, Order Management, Customer Fulfilment, Procurement, or related functions.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and how cross-functional operations work together to deliver customer outcomes.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding operational KPIs, service levels, and performance targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain short-, medium-, and long-term supply plans to meet forecasted customer demand.
• Analyze forecasts, inventory positions, capacity constraints, and supplier lead times to determine replenishment requirements.
• Ensure optimal inventory levels while supporting service level and working capital targets.
• Monitor inventory health, including excess, slow-moving, obsolete, and at-risk inventory.
• Collaborate with suppliers and local production teams to align with production schedules and capacity.
• Balance supply and demand by managing capacity constraints, material availability, and priorities.
• Participate in monthly S&OP and supply review meetings.
• Provide insights on supply constraints, inventory projections, and capacity requirements.
