Job summary

Sysmex Asia Pacific is seeking an Inventory Analyst to manage spare parts inventory, ensuring availability while minimizing excess and related costs. You will develop regional stock plans, monitor levels, and adjust reorder points based on usage and forecasts, coordinating with service engineers and suppliers to support uninterrupted operations.

The role requires a NITEC or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, at least two years of relevant experience, strong Excel skills, and proficient English

Qualifications

• NITEC or Diploma in Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years’ relevant working experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
• Demonstrates high standards of professionalism and integrity in conduct, communication, and work practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage spare parts inventory to ensure availability while minimizing excess inventory and costs.
• Forecast demand and adjust inventory plans based on usage patterns and forecasts.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality of parts.
• Monitor stock levels, track order history and usage trends for reporting.
• Coordinate with supply chain and shared services on back orders to avoid disruptions.
• Document inventory and procurement activities and seek process improvements.
