Job summary

JAC Recruitment is seeking a Supply Chain Executive for a client in Woodlands, Singapore. You will support daily purchasing, supplier coordination, and inventory management, working with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely purchasing and smooth stock movements.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma in Supply Chain/Procurement or related field with 1–3 years’ experience. Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with ERP systems are valued. Working hours: Mon–Fri 9:00–18:00, Sat 8:00–12:00.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in Supply Chain Management, Procurement or related discipline.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in purchasing, procurement, supply chain or inventory management.
• Basic knowledge of purchasing and inventory management processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ERP or inventory management systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily purchasing activities and prepare Purchase Orders (POs).
• Obtain and compare quotations from suppliers.
• Liaise with suppliers regarding pricing, availability, orders and delivery schedules.
• Follow up on outstanding orders and ensure timely deliveries.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation.
• Assist in resolving purchasing and delivery-related issues.
• Monitor inventory levels, stock movements and product availability.
• Identify potential stock shortages or excess inventory.
• Track incoming shipments and expected delivery dates.
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding stock requirements.
• Monitor supplier lead times and follow up on supply requirements.
• Highlight potential supply constraints or shortages to the supervisor.
• Maintain accurate purchasing, inventory and supply records.
• Assist with regular purchasing and inventory reports.
• Perform data entry and update relevant systems.
• Maintain proper documentation for supply chain activities.
• Support process improvement initiatives and other ad-hoc duties.
