Job summary

Unknown company is seeking a Procurement Executive to source and evaluate suppliers, request quotations, and prepare cost analyses. You will negotiate pricing and terms, monitor material costs, and maintain supplier performance records to support cost savings.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Production, Planning, and Sales to ensure compliant sourcing and timely delivery, while managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Diploma in SCM, procurement, business administration, engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in costing, sourcing, procurement, or purchasing within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated experience in sourcing electronic components, PCB assemblies, mechanical parts, and manufacturing services.
• Strong knowledge of BOM (Bill of Materials) costing and product cost analysis.
• Familiarity with RFQ/RFP processes, supplier selection, and vendor management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP/MRP systems (SAP).
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Production, Planning, and Sales.
• Capacity to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Source and assess suppliers and vendors while requesting and comparing quotations.
• Prepare comprehensive cost analyses and product cost breakdowns.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules effectively.
• Monitor material costs and identify opportunities for cost savings.
• Maintain supplier relationships and performance records diligently.
• Support procurement, budgeting, and inventory planning initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with sourcing and purchasing policies.
