Qualifications

• Proven ability to develop business relationships and achieve sales targets.
• Strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills.
• Excellent leadership, planning and problem-solving abilities.
• Commercially driven, proactive and capable of working independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and sales reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Lead, coach and support the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.
• Monitor sales performance, prepare reports and provide regular updates to management.
• Conduct market research and analyse industry trends and competitor activities.
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations, presentations and commercial agreements.
